Hi everyone. What's on the distance/pace calendar for people tomorrow?

Fall's getting close

While our new papa is learning to change those diapers, the rest of the crowd had a fast Sunday run. Thanks to Ann for joining us. We went for a brisk 12 miler downtown with a fast finish.

For the Marine Corps and New York marathoners, the training mileage is beginning to creep up. It sounds like we'll have a set of folks each week who will want to add a few miles on to the end. Let's hope some cooler weather is on the way.

12:28 this morning we had a baby Boy named Evan. 5 pounds 4 ounces 18.5 inches long. A healthy just a little early! See you guys soon

Dog Days

We had a great run across the Cooper River Bridge on Sunday. We picked up the pace more than usual with Annie leading the way. We also had a brief chance to chat with our Mt. Pleasant buds at the foot of the bridge. Folks are prepping for the fall.

Looking forward to Sunday morning. What do folks have on their schedule?
