The track crowd on Tuesday remains sizable, though the workouts are quite varied. Still, its good to see so many people.
The weather report for Sunday looks dicey (rainy but not too cold). But I'll be there. I plan to go 7-8 again, though I'm sure the group will want to go more like 10-12.

I need to release the speed demons in preparation for the Flowertown festival race; for this Sunday I have about 10-12 miles with a faster finish scheduled. I hope that it's not going to be too rainy though.
