Congratulations to Ricky and Greg, whose team finished 3rd overall in the Palmetto 200. Gordon is preparing for the Blue Ridge Relay. With Swaz's ultra experience, it looks like we're becoming quite the ultra crowd.
I showed up for my first Sunday morning run of 2011 (thanks Gordon and Scott). Hopefully, my recovery will stay on track. Clearly I need to put an ultra on my calendar. Everyone have a good week.

Great to see you out again. Congrats to the Palmetto 200 crowd! Only bad news is I think it is starting to heat up in the morning! Back to stinky show weather soon.
