Heading up to Black Mountain today for the marathon. Slow and steady shall go this race, and I'm looking forward to it. Should be cold but clear and without snow.
Anne, Jay and I had a nice 10 mile run on Sunday. The nice warm weather was a complete switcheroo from the week before. Typical Charleston weather.
I know that Cami said she plans to be in attendance for the Sunday long run. She's putting the finishing touches on her training for Florida. Hope to see some more folks as well.

Good luck John! What a killer course! Hope to make it this Sunday as we've been travelling so much over the last couple of months!
Wow! Great job, John. Going up that mountain in 3:40ish is an accomplishment most of us won't even dream of. Congrats!
