Adam and I had a good short run this past Sunday. It was a good day to go short and slow.
Good luck to anyone racing this week. What with the heat, I plan to run a slow race on Wednesday. Otherwise, stay cool and see everyone this Sunday at 6:30.

I actually have to work a local triathlon this Sunday, but hopefully some of our other regulars will be there.
sounds good. my buddy Thomas Pittman is racing that event I believe. Have fun.
