Sunday Morning
Since the Kiawah crowd is basking in their collective glory (and recovering, to be sure), I'm not sure if they'll be up for a long one, but I'll be there. I've got a 12-miler on my schedule. Hope to see some folks then.

I will do an easy 4-5 miles as my first easy run after the marathon. It is hard to resist the temptation to do more, as I felt "normal" beginning with the second day post race, but I think it is definitely better not to overdo it.
You may have to know that Rusty won Hannah Hayler's Memorial 5 K today !!! Hats off to Rusty, as he is a great role model for all of us, not only as a runner, but also as a great guy in many aspects!

See you at 7. i should be up for 12 if you're on an easy pace. Congratulations again to Cami, Blair, and Gordon's great runs at Kiawah.
