Well, Ann, Jay and I had a nice long run on a beautiful Sunday morning the day after a Bridge Run I'm glad to put in my rear view mirror. Now we have to conduct the post mortem to avoid future mistakes.

Even though it sounds like there were some problems I'm really bummed I missed it. It looks like I'll be out a while with this crud I have. Hope to be back to normal soon. Antibiotics and steroids suck big time!
I am still in recovery. Rest is what I need the most right now.
Cross training is good for two reasons: 1) swimming can make you fall asleep fast; 2)it will remind you how great it is when you have all the wheels in sync and spinning fast while running. We are really luck to be able to put one foot in front of the other.
