In the comments section of Swaz's May 24th post (see below), Mr. Douglas writes "Never again will rain stop me." Hmmm. That was a bold statement.
On an entirely unrelated note, we had a little rain today. Cami, Gordon and I started out in the midst of a downpour. But by mile 3, the rain tapered off. The rest of our 12.5 mile run was quite pleasant. The team in training folks were out in full force. We saw a slew of fellow runners all over the peninsula.
