Sunday Nov. 8th
Not sure what is on the agenda this weekend? I'm going to try to make it - hope the legs do too. Not sure if anyone is racing this weekend but the James Island Connector 10k is on...I think we all know part of the course!
I ran 8 with the group last Sunday. We had Swaz, Cami and Anne W. show up. I'm basically recovered from MCM, but I'm not doing anything intense for a while. I looking to run a slow 10 on Sunday.

I have a 70-90 min run with the last 10 min at half marathon pace.
