Race weekend
We got a couple of races coming up this weekend. Hope the training has been going well for folks. We've been plodding through our Sunday runs, but I'm convinced it will pay dividends in the fall. Hope to see everyone Sunday morning.

I hope you are right as always. The long runs in this sweltering weather have been a pain for me.
I wish good luck and fast feet to those racing this weekend.
It seems everytime I come home this year and run it's hot! Good race though - very challenging. Thirty seconds slower this year but seemed everyone was a having trouble. Beautiful scenery. See everyone next week!

pulled out of Laurel Valley :(
Turned the ankle again, trail running at Marrington last Thursday.
Hope to be out with you guys on Sunday am - but prob going to Predictor tonight for some social intercourse :)
