89 degrees today. It's supposed to be warmer tomorrow. In theory, this will help us (assuming it finally gets cooler by each of our respective race dates). But it is supposed to be slightly cooler by Sunday morning.
I've got 18 on my schedule for Sunday morning, but I could run with the crowd and tack on a few at the end. What about other folks?

I did my fast finish run today, so I won't be joining you tomorrow.
Good luck! Probably this is the longest run before the taper. I hope it will be cooler tomorrow, as today it felt hot and humid.
