Good Luck

... to all of us racing the Kiawah Island Marathon and HM.
Your training went well, and now it is time to reap its rewards.

Hal Higdon is in town and will give a talk tonight at the CRC meeting in Daniel Island. I am trying to make it.

I second the Good Luck! May try to make it tonight as well. Hope to see everyone bright and early - after the race I'll be with a latte and something that is not a carb!

Kathryn:

Please feel free to join us. Our twice regular group runs are listed on the right under "Group Runs". You can also contact the Charleston Running Club (also on the right under "Local Running Resources") to find out about other group runs.

Trevor:
I plan to be there bright and early tomorrow morning. Looking to go 12-14.

Planning on being there tomorrow for only about 8-10 after Kiawah today. See you at 7!

Congratulations everybody for a great race today. I have a progression run on my schedule; it is probably best to do it by myself. See you next weekend.

still running in the rain?

I did it. It was pretty crappy with the rain and the wind, but that is the way it is; some days are tougher than others. I was completely soaked by the time I was done.
