Winter weather

Colder temps have slowed down our workout times. But hopefully this will pay dividends when the weather warms up. We had a good crowd on Tuesday night. The workouts varied from mile repeats on down to 400's.

On Sunday, I'll be there at 7:00. I've got my last really long run before tapering for Myrtle Beach. But I imagine that most of the crowd will want to do between 12 and 14.

What's the consensus?

I will try 13-14 with the last 15-20 minutes around half marathon pace if weather allows.

Tomorrow will be my first time meeting up with you all. My plan is 17. Is there anyone preparing for the Georgia marathon, March 29th?
