Camelia and I had a good 13 mile run through downtown but the heat made the last two miles quite tough. We were lucky enough to find sprinklers going off at the baseball field downtown. Despite the heat it was a beautiful morning.
Hope to see a crowd for next Sunday! Distance?

Tempuratures look like they are starting to come down. Hopefully Sunday will be nice and cool.
I will be oot this sunday and next. Hope to be back after that. I tweaked a muscle in my leg playing dodgeball on monday so I am taking it easy a couple of days not to ruin everything.
I will be there- should we try the bridge, now that it seems we will have a cooler weather?
I've supposed to do 18-20, so I'm up for whatever.
I'm going for about 13-14 but I'll do the first bit with you.

Hi all. The bridge sounds like a good idea, esp w the coolness. My body may disagree w my mind on Sunday, but would like to go for at least 15, and maybe even join John for the 18-20.
