Time Change

Temperatures are getting cooler. Early hours are darker. The group discussed moving our official Sunday Morning start time back up to 7:00 a.m. (as it was over last winter). Even if you don't plan to be there this Sunday, please weigh in. But unless the group feels strongly otherwise, I say let's plan to start this Sunday's run at 7:00 a.m.

Time change to 7:00 sounds good, though i'll be in Omaha this weekend. Great run and weather Sunday and hope it's the same for you all this Sunday. Hope to see you Tuesday at the track.

I'm planning on going 20-22 miles. This will be my next to longest run prior to my taper. But I might run from my house early and meet you guys at 7:00.
