Sunday Long Run
What is the consensus for the distance this Sunday? I'm only going a slow 8 miles (one week to race time). But we have a few folks ramping it up for Kiawah. What do other folks want to do?

I have 16 miles planned for this weekend. I could run with the group and then run the remaining miles on the greenway.

I have some company in town so I am more leaning toward 8-10 miles
I'm going for anything between 13-15...trying to keep myself in the hunt for kiawah if I choose the whole.
Looking forward to seeing everyone. i'm up for about 8-10.
