Yeah you def. get a better winter view than we do. I can't do the palmetto 200 this year because of the hospital opening up. I would like to do a race like that in the future though.
Do you think if we all wear snorkels and pinch our nose shut that it could be the same as altitude training?

Awesome pic. At least you get the aspen forest, great mountain views, and benefits of altitude training. We just got cold.

i am still up for it. the one guy in ohio can not do it but if we need more i can try to find some more in ohio. let me know.
