News from the front

Here are a few of your elites for tomorrow's Bridge Run. Cami's got some serious competition for top Romanian. Denisa Costescu (17:03 5K) will be running among the elites. Gordon will be happy to know that fellow Canadian, Sean Wade (2006 overall winner at Peachtree) will be among the master elites.

To all in Charleston - best wishes and have a WONDERFUL and enjoyable race tomorrow. Will very much miss being there but running on Laguna Beach is a small consolation. Looking forward to hearing about all of your successes tomorrow!

what exactly are they eating? can someone say SUPERFOOD? Maybe the neon hat to the left in the picture shows the true super food... or to Floyd Landis anyway.
