Daylight Savings Time

Daylight savings time begins this weekend. Don't forget to spring forward, loose an hour of sleep, and show up for our 7:00 Sunday morning run when it's a little bit darker. At least the weather won't be too chilly.

I'm a week out from my marathon, so I'll only be going about 8 miles or so. What about other folks?

I will be in Sarasota this weekend.
I've sprained my right ankle, but I will race regardless. Good luck with your last long run before the marathon!

I want to do 18 or 20. I can always add some on at the end of the run though.

I can try for 18 - if I go out slow - 16 is on the calender.

Driving to Columbia afterwards, so i'm up for 8 or more, as long as we don't go out at Kenyan-Ethiopian pace...

Haven't run in eons - tried 6 on Friday, managed 4 in the rain. Will try and hang on for as many as I can - first Ultra is 9th May.

Would like to run the bridge - may meet you guys in town someplace
